This position replacement for Mr. Abdul Wahid Ansari A L- Assistant manager (Paint Shop Production)
What you'll do
- Develop, program, and fine-tune robotic painting processes (ABB, Fanuc, Dürr systems).
- Troubleshoot robot paths, spray parameters, and sequencing issues.
- Implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and paint consumption.
- Ensure paint thickness, adhesion, gloss, and curing meet OEM standards.
- Conduct trials for new paint formulations and robotic spray patterns.
- Collaborate with QC teams to resolve defects (runs, orange peel, overspray).
- Oversee paint booths, curing ovens, and utility systems.
- Schedule preventive maintenance for robots, atomizers, and conveyors.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/TS standards and environmental regulations.
- Train engineers and technicians in robotic programming and paint application.
- Supervise daily operations and manpower allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and productivity.

What we are looking for
- BE/B.Tech & Diploma in in Paint Technology Mechanical, Chemical, or Relevant Field.
- Minimum 7 years in paint shop operations, with at least 3–5 years in robotic programming.
- Familiarity with Yeskawa, Takubo, MES/SCADA, Fanuc & ABB systems for paint shop automation.
