What you'll do

  • Manage automation/control projects for internal and external processes  
  • Plan CAD designs, documentation, and implement model/SOP/EOP changes  
  • Drive continuous improvement in automation and control systems  
  • Develop and maintain monitoring/control tools (HTML/web-based)  
  • Implement and sustain poka-yoke systems in optimal condition  
  • Support plant problem-solving via automation and process improvements  
  • Analyze and digitize process data for control across assembly and supply chain  
  • Conduct FMEA-based risk workshops and apply MES standards  
  • Ensure safety, hygiene, and proper equipment/material use  
  • Communicate technical automation changes to departments  
  • Report equipment issues and potential cybersecurity threats

What we are looking for

  • Engineering/TSU in automation, electronics, or related
  • 3+ years of automotive experience  
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001/14001, CQI-8, AIAG core tools & FMEA  
  • Experience in assembly processes and equipment automation (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Keyence, etc.)  
  • Skilled in drives, motors, servos; diagram reading (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)  
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficient English
