What you'll do
- Manage automation/control projects for internal and external processes
- Plan CAD designs, documentation, and implement model/SOP/EOP changes
- Drive continuous improvement in automation and control systems
- Develop and maintain monitoring/control tools (HTML/web-based)
- Implement and sustain poka-yoke systems in optimal condition
- Support plant problem-solving via automation and process improvements
- Analyze and digitize process data for control across assembly and supply chain
- Conduct FMEA-based risk workshops and apply MES standards
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and proper equipment/material use
- Communicate technical automation changes to departments
- Report equipment issues and potential cybersecurity threats

What we are looking for
- Engineering/TSU in automation, electronics, or related
- 3+ years of automotive experience
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001/14001, CQI-8, AIAG core tools & FMEA
- Experience in assembly processes and equipment automation (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Keyence, etc.)
- Skilled in drives, motors, servos; diagram reading (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Proficient English
