What you'll do
• Follow up on import and export shipments.
• Preparation of invoices and digitization of import/export equipment documents.
• Maintain customs operations within legal compliance.
• Review and update part numbers in the inventory control system.
• Preparation of virtual invoices and presentation of export entries.
• Review and authorization of customs entries.
• Submission of information for tax reports.
• Submission of information for Annex 31 reports.
• Preparation of letters, invoices, and donation entries.
• Presentation of reports to customs authorities
• Request and submission of certificates of origin.
• Request for Data Stage security matrix from the authorities.
• Request for Rule Eight permits.
• Review and compliance with VAT and IEPS certification obligations.
• Other activities related to the position as assigned by the Area Superintendent.

What we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in international Trade.
• 1 year of experience in Finance or Customs areas.
• Training in Foreign Trade Aspects, Annual Foreign Trade Operations Report, and Single Window System.
• English desirable.
