What you'll do
Support new program launches by developing and validating manufacturing processes that meet customer and internal requirements. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, IATF 16949, and internal procedures. Prepare machine capacity calculations, optimize value streams, conduct cycle time studies, and develop poka-yoke solutions. Lead PFMEA activities, establish control plans, and define critical process parameters. Collaborate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Engineering during launches and ramp-up. Develop standardized work instructions and process documentation. Identify process risks, implement corrective and preventive actions, support trial runs and line validations, analyze production data, troubleshoot process issues, and drive continuous improvement using Lean manufacturing principles.

What we are looking for
5–10 years of automotive manufacturing experience (launch experience preferred). Strong knowledge of PFMEA, process development, process control, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement. Familiar with IATF 16949, Core Tools, control plans, work instructions, SPC, and root cause analysis (5 Why, 8D, Fishbone). Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred. Experience with injection molding, assembly, or automated manufacturing is a plus.
