What you'll do

  • Ensure compliance with occupational EHS regulations, and company standards. 
  • Coordinate risk assessments, hazard identification, workplace safety improvements.
  • Develop emergency response plans, drills, and employee preparedness programs.
  • Deliver safety training and promote awareness. 
  • Conduct job safety analyses and establish safe work practices.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform EHS audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, providing reports and recommendations.
  • Support environmental programs, hazardous waste management, and emergency procedures.
  • Assist with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 MS, certifications, and safety committees.
  • Drive a positive safety culture by addressing employee concerns, communicating safety performance, and supporting site leadership in implementing global EHS and operational standards.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant areas.
  • Good level of English
  • Legally required Health, Safety and Environment Certification (B or A class)
  • In depth knowledge of legislation and business processes in environmental health and safety systems, ecology and environmental protection, industrial safety
  • Solution and result oriented, strong communication skills, dynamic, prone to teamwork
