What you'll do
• Coordinate and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across the EUSA region.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA standards.
• Manage QMS documentation and administer the QMS database.
• Support internal, customer, and certification audits.
• Implement new processes, procedures, and quality tools.
• Analyse and update documents to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Provide QMS training and act as internal expert and system trainer.
• Support plants in QMS implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in internal audits and monthly performance reporting.

What we are looking for
• Degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field
• Max 3 years of experience in quality within the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3 / 6.5 standards
• Skilled in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA
• Experience in internal and external auditing (customer, IATF, ISO)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Confident trainer with presentation and influencing abilities
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel within EUSA region
