What you'll do
- Simulation of robot cells.
- Create robot programs according to Motherson SAS Specificactions.
- Commissioning robot cell in European Plants.

What we are looking for
- Experience with creating simulation of robot cells, including cycle time analysis, layout,…
- Robot programing for different manufacturers (FANUC, ABB at least, KUKA and Universal Robot).
- Fulfilment on performance KPI: tightening rates, OEE, cycle time…
- Programming robot (Fanuc, ABB).
- Tightening tools configuration (Atlas Copco; Weber; Dessoutter..).
- Vision system configuration.
- Analysis and optimization of complex processes in assembly and logistics.
