We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to help manage and improve our supply chain operations. In this role, you will work closely with suppliers, handle order scheduling, track inventory targets, and planning raw material. You should be flexible, organized, and ready to adjust to daily changes in work priorities.

What you'll do

  • . Run suggested and shortage reports in QAD. Order, expedite, delay or cancel material based on MRP signals. 

    · Review and maintain accurate planning parameters: safety stock, min/max levels, reorder points, and MOQs. 

    · Monitor and follow up on VMI alerts and supplier performance. 

    · Schedule production in alignment with customer forecasts and production capacity. Coordinate product launch run-   ins and run outs to minimize obsolescence. 

    · Maintain inventory targets for Raw, WIP, and FG across local and overseas warehouses. 

    · Ensure that all schedule, forecasts, and production data are accurately entered and maintained in the system. 

    · Address customer concerns (delivery, packaging, labelling) through production levelling and cross-functional coordination.

    . Respond to urgent material or production issues with contingency plans and root cause analysis.

    · Participate in quality programs and initiatives such as 5S and continuous improvement activities. 

    · Participate in departmental audits as required and respond to corrective actions identified in a timely manner.

What we are looking for

  • . 2-5 years' experience in materials management, planning, scheduling or    supply chain role in a high-volume       manufacturing environment.

    .  Advanced Excel and analytical skills Experience with QAD and/or other       MRP/ERP systems. 

    ·  Ability to analyze large data sets, identify issues, and solve problems.
