What you'll do
· Be part of the supplier's development strategy to ensure that the supplier meets expectations for quality, delivery and service.
· Conduct on-site supplier visits if necessary for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions for supplier quality issues.
· Ensure compliance and assistance in the follow-up of the Quality Management System and our quality manual for suppliers.
· Promote the use of techniques for continuous improvement, such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (error testing), measurement system analysis, and FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis).
· Responsible for providing support to the team of Supplier Quality Engineers in the Plants and creating a SQA network to increase the flexibility required in our organization. Understands and implements the Quality Policy and promotes the correct application of the Quality System

What we are looking for
· Industrial, Electronic or Electrical Engineering Degree
· ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor Leadership, 8Ds
· Experience with ISO and IATF core tools.
· 3-4 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering.
· English/Spanish language
· Traveling
