What you'll do

  •  Support the preparation and delivery of Motherson's regulatory sustainability disclosures, including CSRD and BRSR reporting cycles. 
  • Collect, validate and analyse ESG data from across the business to ensure accuracy, completeness and audit-readiness. 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor sustainability performance and progress against targets. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate data into clear, actionable insights. 
  • Contribute to governance and continuous improvement across sustainability processes. 
  • Support the integration of AI-enabled and digital tools to enhance analytics and reporting efficiency. 
  • Produce reports and briefings for internal and external audiences, including senior leadership. Support the development of internal training and awareness content on sustainability topics,

What we are looking for

  • At least one year of experience in a sustainability, ESG, or reporting-related
    role. 
  • A genuine interest in sustainability & a desire to build expertise in this space. 
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with data from multiple
    sources. 
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate complex information for non-technical audiences. 
  • A degree or professional qualification in Sustainability, Environmental Science, ESG, or a closely related field.
