What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and supervise Maintenance Technicians, ensuring safe and effective maintenance execution.
- Develop and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime and minimize downtime.
- Monitor KPIs including uptime, downtime, MTTR, MTBF, PM compliance, and maintenance costs; implement corrective actions.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement permanent solutions to improve reliability.
- Oversee maintenance of production equipment, tooling, utilities, and service assets while managing spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Coordinate shift operations, support production issues, develop skills, and report equipment or cybersecurity incidents.

What we are looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Engineer degree or equivalent technical education.
- Knowledge of maintenance systems, including mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and electronics.
- PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting analysis.
- Programming and maintenance of collaborative robots and AGVs.
- IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 experience.
- Proficient English.
